I wanted to make a simple and easy to use online store that customers can easily navigate. Using WordPress and inspiration from other online stores. I decided to go with the tile/box layout on my website. Whether you’re on the home page or the cat or dog products page, you’ll notice that almost everything is viewed as a tile to keep the contents on that page more organized and readable for the viewer and that those said tiles have a box-shadow effect on them to make the information and/or product pop more keeping up with current web design trends. Before I started work on the website, I first created the logo and color palette so I could get a foundation of what theme I wanted my website to be which is simple, yet inviting.
